You have received a bill from us because you or the patient (stated on the statement) was provided services by a behavioral health provider of MedOptions in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility.

If you are a MEDICAID patient or have additional insurance coverage, you may not owe the amount shown on this statement. Please contact us at (866) 916-8882 or email to make any updates to your insurance or contact information.

To pay your bill, please choose one of the following options:

  • Pay online: click here to be redirected to PayMyBill where you will need to provide the Statement ID and Password included in your statement
  • Pay by mail: send in your check along with the payment coupon on the bottom of your statement
  • Pay by phone: call our patient billing line at (860) 510-0893 (office hours from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST)
