Leadership Team

Dr. Mansbach is responsible for company wide operations and new program development. Prior to joining MedOptions, he was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Comprehensive Geriatric Services, the largest provider of geriatric behavioral health services in Maryland.

Dr. Mansbach obtained his doctoral degree in clinical psychology at the University of Maryland and has also completed post-doctoral training in neuropsychology. He is a licensed psychologist with extensive experience in the design and delivery of behavioral health services, including inpatient, partial hospitalization, respite care, long-term care, and outpatient services.

Andrew Rosenzweig, MD, MPH, Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Rosenzweig is a board certified and fellowship trained geriatric psychiatrist who specializes in the treatment of older adults in long-term care facilities. He serves as the senior medical director and directs the company's clinical education initiatives.

Prior to MedOptions, he was president of Long-Term Care Psychiatry, a leading provider of behavioral health services in Rhode Island. Dr. Rosenzweig attended the University of Michigan Medical School, receiving his MD degree along with his Master's of Public Health in Epidemiology. He completed his psychiatry residency and geriatric fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh.
