From New York City, New Haven and West
I-95 North to Exit 67, CT-154 S. Stay straight to go onto Middlesex Tpke/CT-154. Turn right onto Mill Rock Road, East (Pat’s Country Kitchen on the corner). Turn left onto Research Parkway. MedOptions office is located in the first building on your right.
From Hartford, Springfield and North
I-91 South or I-84 West to Hartford. From Hartford, take I-91 South to Route 9 South. Take the Middlesex Tpke/CT-154 exit, Exit 2, toward Old Saybrook. Turn right onto Middlesex Tpke/CT-154. Turn right onto Mill Rock Road, East (Pat’s Country Kitchen on the corner). Turn left onto Research Parkway. MedOptions office is located in the first building on your right.
From Boston, Providence and East
I-95 South to Exit 67, Elm St. Turn sharp left onto Elm St. Turn left onto Research Parkway. MedOptions office is located in the last building on your left.

From North of Providence
Follow I-95 South to Branch Avenue, Exit #24. Take Left onto Branch Avenue (Benny’s Store will be on your right). Go to the first traffic light and take a Left onto North Main Street. Take a Right at the next traffic light onto Rochambeau Avenue. Go one mile to the end of Rochambeau Avenue, and take a Left onto Blackstone Boulevard. The main entrance to the Butler Campus is at the next Right, 345 Blackstone Boulevard.
From South of Providence
Follow I-95 North – Take 195 East – Gano Street Exit (#3), making a right onto Gano Street. From Gano Street, make a Right onto Pitman Street at traffic light. Make a left at next traffic light onto Butler Avenue, which becomes Blackstone Boulevard. Go approximately one mile. The main entrance to the Butler Campus will be to your Right, 345 Blackstone Boulevard.
After entering the main road to the Butler Hospital Campus you will drive over two (2) speed bumps. After the second speed bump, you will make a left turn onto Ray Drive. This road is immediately after the sign for Laurelmead. Ray Drive will lead you to Parking Lot B where you can park on either side of the road. Walk to the stop sign. The Weld Building is on the right side of the road facing you. You will see a sign for the Weld Building. We are on the 1st floor. There is handicapped parking directly in front of the main outpatient building. Please check in room 160 upon arrival.
