Kate began working for MedOptions in the summer of 2007, she envisioned a career in which she could balance work with raising a family. “MedOptions has helped this to become a reality for me because of the flexibility of my schedule.” Kate not only provides care to nursing home residents, but also trains new employees; teaching them how to support the facility staff faced with challenging residents.
